PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The A8 series integrated fiber laser marking machine is a high-speed continuous coding model designed specifically to enhance production efficiency. Adopting a self-developed laser source, it features higher stability, reliable performance and fast marking speed to meet the demands of high-speed and large-volume production lines.
It is mainly used for production date coding, anti-counterfeiting marking, and coding applications in the food and pharmaceutical packaging industries. The machine supports automatic coding, serial numbers, batch numbers, date codes, barcodes, QR codes, automatic numbering and other functions to meet various marking requirements of different customers.
It is suitable for online marking on most metals and some surface-treated non-metallic materials, such as metal products, PVC, HDPE, aluminum film, rubber, plastics and more.
It is widely used in personal care, food and beverage packaging, alcohol, dairy products, electronic components, chemical and building materials industries for marking production and expiration dates, batch numbers, shift codes, company names, logos and other graphics and text content.

The A8 series features a self-developed integrated fiber laser marking system for enhanced reliability. The laser offers high pumping efficiency, adjustable or fixed pulse waveforms, and a wide range of pulse repetition frequencies. With a compact design and stable performance, it delivers the optimal laser solution to meet your application requirements.
INTERFACE DESCRIPTION
1. Photoelectric Sensor Interface (GX16-3-pin Connector)
Only NPN-type photoelectric sensors are supported. The pin definitions are as follows:

2. Encoder Interface (GX16-4-pin Connector)
Only NPN output type encoders are supported.
