PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The A9 Series CO₂ Flying Laser Marking Machine is a high-speed continuous marking model designed to boost productivity. It adopts a CO₂ metal RF laser for higher reliability, excellent optical mode and fast processing efficiency. With a marking speed of up to 100 pieces/min for 3mm-height QR codes and 100 pieces/min for production date codes, it meets the marking requirements of high-speed and high-volume applications, mainly for production date coding, anti-counterfeiting marking, and pharmaceutical & food packaging industries. This model supports automatic coding, serial numbers, batch numbers, date coding, barcodes, QR codes, automatic number increment and other functions to meet the needs of customers in different industries.
The CO₂ flying laser marking machine is suitable for online marking on most non-metallic materials, such as paper packaging, film packaging, coated metals, acrylic, resin, plastics, bamboo & wood products, PVC products, etc. It is widely used for marking graphics and text including production/expiry dates, batch numbers, shift codes, manufacturer names and logos in industries such as food & beverage packaging, alcohol, dairy products, garment accessories, leather, electronic components, pharmaceuticals, personal care products, tobacco, and chemical building materials.

As the fastest laser marking system in the industry, it supports a marking speed of up to 200m/min (for single-line numbers and letters with 2mm character height), making it suitable for medium-speed and high-speed production lines.

Flexible Installation & Easy Adjustment
The flying marking model is specially designed for high-speed production lines and can be flexibly combined with the production line for installation. The stand supports up/down/left/right adjustment, and the marking head can also rotate 360° for marking.
